I On motion Col. Davisonlwas appointed Chairman of the I
Meeting. In his opening remarks he referred to the great work accompolished by the former Chairman R. E. Mutch. On nomination being called for the appointment of a Chairman for 9g, the board it was moved by A. Pickard, seCQnded by Major McKenzie i ”“I and carried unanimously that Col. Davison be appointed. On .1 motion of E. C. Johnson, seconded by S. A. McDonald and carried 1 P. W. Turner was selected as Secretary. The Secretary read a & letter from E. T. Higgs advising the Board of his inability to continue as Treasurer, and Dr. Keeping moved that R. H. Rogers be appointed, seconded by S. A. McDonald and carried, G. A. Hughes continued as Financial Secretary, Assistant Financial Secretary Alex McLeod. Committees were selected as follows, and endorsed by
the Board as a whole.

Renewing portion Heartz Hall and Social Hall, Basement and Ground Floor v35.00. Replacing Street Light Circuit underground service $60.00. Renewing roof space over Main body of Church $240.00.
