S. T. Green referring to the matter of the Janitor's salary thought a reduction should be considered. E. T. Higgs said if Janitor's salary were reduced, this principle should be made general and reductions apply all around. Instead of this he suggested that perhaps more work could be done. Messrs. Lowther, Rogers, McDonald, McKenzie took part in

the discussion. It was finally decided to allow the present salary to stand.

G. H. Barbour, R. H. Rogers and the Secretary were appointed as a committee from the Stewards to meet a Committee from

the session to discuss the matter of the every member canvass. G. H. Barbour thought it would be a good idea to canvass new members only, S. A. McDonald thought this wise. Dr. Creelman, R. H. Rogers, S. T. Green also spoke on the subject. It was finally left in the hands of the Committee.

It was moved by S. A. McDonald, seconded by Alex McLeod that the Executive together with Mr. Lowther meet a committee from the Trustee Board to discuss the status of this board with regard to their duties etc.

Dr. Carson thought our Meeting place too noisy, and suggested we meet in Heartz Hall. No Action.

The Chairman made a very gracious and eloquent address stressing the hope that we would conduct our business in a spirit of friendly co-operation, assuring the Board the Board he would endeavor to do all he could along this line. Remarks of a similar nature were also made by Mr. Carter.

Mr. Cudmore agreed to arrange with Bank Clerks and others to assist on the Cash Sunday nights.

R. H. Rogers moved, seconded by J. L. Douglas that from now on we meet on the third Monday in the month. Carried.
