The regular'meeting of the Committee of Stewards Trinity United Church met in the Social Hall Monday April 17th with the following present. Col. H. M. Davison, G. A. Hughes,

J. F. Whear, Alex McLeod, Isaac Carter, J. L. Douglas, J. P. Simmonds, Major J. A. McKenzie, S. A. McDonald, Dr. Creelman, Dr. Keeping, Dr. Carson, G. H. Barbour, R. H. Rogers, Harry Cudmore, E. C. Johnson, N. W. Lowther and the Secretary.

Dr. Creelman reporting for Radio Committee stated that Mr. Burke was willing to continue under the same arrangement as heretofore. It was unved by J. F. Whear, seconded by Dr. Creelman that this be confirmed. Carried.

The following bills were on motion ordered paid.

So A. MCDonaJ-d 2.00 S. A. McDonald speaking for the Special Committee re rent of Heartz Hall for students meetings, stated the students would pass over any surplus money they had for this purpose.

The Janitor's Committee were asked to get an estimate for the cleaning of Hearts Hall.

The visiting Committee of the Session, requested the appointment of fourteen stewards to act with them. The following were selected. Messrs. Higgs, McDonald, Barbour, McKenzie, Simmonds, Whear, Carter, Rogers, Creelman, Carson, Johnson, Douglas, McLeod and Lowther.

Mr. Lowther referred to the matter of New Hymnary, stating that these should be procured at once.Mr. Carter said that a Committee had been appointed for the purpose last year and that the approximate cost would be between five and six hundred dollars.

Mr. McDonald moved a resolution as follows: "Resolved that the various organizations of the Church be re- quested to attend a Conference for the purpose of formulating plans with a view to placing the necessary number of Hymn Books in the Church, and a Committee of three from this Board be appointed to Act". Seconded by Mr. Barbour. Carried.
