Davison, Isaac Carter, Alex McLeod, E. T. Higgs, E. C. Johnson, F. E. Colwill, G. A. Hughes, Harry Cudmore, J. L. Douglas, J. A. McKenzie, J. F. Whear, I R. H. Rogers, and the Secretary. A letter from Mrs. Sarah Stentiford Secretary Ladies Aid P. E. I. Hospital, thanking the Board for the use of the Social Hall was read, and ordered placed on file. ' A letter was reseived firom Rev. C. N. Brown stating a request had come to him from the Union Road United Church for fifty of the old Methodist Hymn Books and from Liscomb, N. S. for twenty-five. On motion of J. F. Whear, seconded by Isaac Carter, the request was granted and the Secretary instructed to attend to the matter. A oomwunication from H. R. Large & Company re coal was read, and on motion of E. T. Viz: One-third in two, four and six months from date of invoice May 30th. J. F. Whear reported organ needed cleaning, retuning etc. also ‘ racks on back of chair seats needed repairing. On motion authority“ was given Music Committee to proceed with this work, cost not to ‘ exceed Fifty Dollars. . ( i An additional amount of TWenty-five dollars over and above a similar amount voted at the March meeting, or Fifty dollars in all, was ordered paid the Music Committee. E. T. Higgs reported payment received of Twenty-five Dollars from the Wesleyan Methodist School for half years light. 4:2:42::Z;: I Our share of the Conference Fund amounting to One hun re and seven dollars and twenty-five cents ($107.25) was on motion ordered paid. Regret was expressed at the illness of Mr. Alfred Pickard, and the Secretary was instructed to send him a letter of encouragement from the Board. Some discussion took place re transferring our account to the Bank of Montreal. No action was taken. The matter of the parking space in front of the Church was also referred to.
