A discussion of the financial situation revealed that $4,000 was required to pay all liabilities to end of year.

Mr. Hughes suggested a strenuous campaign to secure necessary funds before end of year. Dr. Greelman thought a talk on the matter from the pulpit should be made by the Chairman Col. Davison.

Mr. S. A. McDonald moved,seconded by Dr. Creelman that a statement he sent to all non pledged members showing what they had contributed in 1933 with the hape that they would repeat. Motion carried.

R. H. Rogers read the Financial Statement.

It was moved by S. A. McDonald, seconded by J. F. Whear, that the Bank be authorized to increase overdraft to $2,000. Carried.
