J. A. McKenzie reporting for light Committee stated that Mr. Keir Murray of Maritime Electric would submit a complete report covering the whole situation to be read at next meeting.

It was also moved that account of United Church Pub. Co. $91.35 plus $2.88 freight, total $93.63 be paid, and after deducting amount received in the envelope to collect one-half the account from the Missionary & Maintenance 00mmittee.
Mr. Higgs reporting for Trustee Board said that he had been authorized to pay approximately $60.00 to 00mmittee of Stewards being balance of receipts over expenditure left over after all repairs, about $700.00 had been paid.
It was moved that the Trustee Board, be reguested to submit a complete statement of receipts and disbursements when presenting their cheque.
