Regular monthly meeting Committee of Stewards Trinity United Church met in the Board Room Monday January 15th at 7.30 P.M. with the following members present.

A request from the Session was read asking for an amount of $85.00 to cover the cost of Communion Plate and Glass. It was decided to leave this open for the new board to deal with.

The Chairman of the Board Go. H. M. Davison, expressed his gratitude for the splendid spirit of co-Operation he had re-

ceiVed from all members during the year. Mr. Higgs moved, seconded

by Mr. Lowther, that the thanks of the Board be extended to 001. Davison for his Splendid work during the year, which motion was supported by R. H. Rogers, and passed unanimously.

A motion expressing great appreciation of the untiring energy and application on the part of the Financial Secretary, Mr. G. A. Hughes, also received the unanimous approval of the Board.

; j The Secretary was requested to write a letter to Mr. Isaac ~ Carter expressing regret at his absence, and the hope of an early recovery to health and strength.

Mr. J. P. Simmonds offered to assist Mr. Hughes during the month of January.
