W. Lowther, E. S. Coffin, G. A. Hughes, E. T. Higgs; A. C. SinCIair, J. F. Whear, J. A. McKenzie, A. Pickard, E. C. Johnston, and the Secretary. E. T. Higgs for Fuel Committee stated there was sufficient coal on hand, but that some wood was needed. ,Authorized to purchase a load. Major McKenzie for Light Committee, referring to lights in front of the Church, thought it advisable to take down, and store the globes until again needed in September. Mr. Highs thought there should be a reduction in service charge because 0 this. ' Mr. Pickard for Property Com ittee stated the Church re— quired ccnsiderahle attention. The rear end needed pdinting and general repairs. Windows should be protected by heavy wire, ' and the glass properly fastened. He estimated the total cost to be in the vicinity of about $600.00 E. 3. Coffin, for the Janitor‘s Comrittee, suggested that the Church and Heartz Hall be scrubbed. It was decided to leave this until the fires were out. It was also suggested that The Weslyan School of Music should pay half the cost of cleaning the lower part of the Church. The Chairman thought the Janitor should do this work for a slight remuneration. Mr. Sinclair for the Radio Committee was requssted to obtain a price on two broadcasts per Sunday. The Chairman reminded each Committee Chairman, that he was supposed to notify the members of his Committee each night of Meeting, and urged that this be done.
