1;) ,I & At the regular monthly meeting of the Committee of Stewards of Trinity United Church, held in the Board Room on August 20th 1934 the following Were present:- Col. H. M. To A Pickard reported for Property Committee, the Memorial Windows are in need of repair,and read offer of Luxor Prism Company Ltd. of Toronto, to do the work for One hundred and eighty dollars $180.00) and the Committee had accepted the offer, and had wired the Company to send a man down at once. Moved and Carried that action of Property Committee be confirmed. Mr. Pickard also reported re woodwork around frames and Veranda of parsonage need painting. Howatt gave price of Thirty-eight dollars ($38.00) for painting veranda. Property Committee to get prices from Davison MWaller, also re painting fence. Moved that matter of repairing brick porch at rear of parsonage be left to Property Committee in conjunction with R. E. Mutch of Trustee Board. E. T. Higgs, Fuel Committee, reported re a letter received from H. H. Large & Co. Matter allowed to stand. Major McKenzie for Light Committee reported that two globes Were broken, but did not recommend replacing them at present. E. C. Coffin for Janitor Committee reported re cleaning of Church, Social Hall, etc. He also reported some radiator valves Were in need of replacement. He was authorized to purchase them at the best price, and have them installed, also to pro- cure some paint, and have furnace painted. It was further de— cided to have Stanley, Shaw & Peardon ascertain if additional radiators were necessary in Heartz Hall.
