At the Monthly Meeting of the Committee of Stewards, Trinity United Church held in the Board Room on December 17th there Were present the followiné:- A. Pickard, R.H. Bogers, N. W..Lowther, A. MacLeod, Harry Cudmore, Dr. Carson,

e. T. Higss, G. A. Hughes, J. F. Whear, Major McKenzie, A. C. Sinclair and the Secretary. .

In the absence of the Chairman A. Pickard was on motion appointed to preside.

J. F. Whear, resorting for Special ComWittee re Hymn Books stated there were 128 hymn Books in the Sunday School of which ten were in bad order. He moved that the matter of purchasing additional books be allowed to stand over until the first Regular Mfeting in January. Motion Carried.

A. Pickard for the Property Committee reported every- thing in first class shape.

A letter from Mr. S. T. Green, Superintendant of the Sunday School, conveying thanks for installation of.radiator in School-room basement was read, he also suggested that perhaps some system of ventilation might be installed.

It was moved that the letter be placed on file, and the Property COnwittee look into the matter of ventilation, ’-, and report at next meeting. . I

A Motion was carried that two dozen small chairs be purchased for the use of the Sunday School.

A letter from the Maritime ilectric Company re cost of installing lights to flood light stained glass windows / at east end of Church was ordered to lay on the table. p
