     was discussed. hr. E. T. Higgs explained that the matter had previously come 
     
     up at an Official Board Leeting and that a letter from Rev. Barbour had been 
     
     received, in which he agreed to take two months payment of salary in lieu of 
     
    
   
   
    
     removal expenses.

     thanks be extended verbally by the Chairman and Treasurer to the retiring
