Sinclair, that the reg— ular night of meeting be changed from the third Londay to the second Monday of each month. Motion carried, The question of expenses of Rev. J. %. Barbour moving to Ch'town was discussed. hr. E. T. Higgs explained that the matter had previously come up at an Official Board Leeting and that a letter from Rev. Barbour had been received, in which he agreed to take two months payment of salary in lieu of removal expenses. Moved by E. T. Higgs, seconded by N. Lowther, that a vote of thanks be extended verbally by the Chairman and Treasurer to the retiring members especially P. m. Turner and R. d. Rogers. Messrs. Brenton and Coffin agreed to assist hr. dugnes for the next month. ! I
