     Hr. R. E. Mutch suggested, as there is to be an adjustment made 
     
     throughout the City in cover and service charges on electric lights. that the 
     
     matter pertaining to service charges be left over until some future time. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Mr. A. Heartz presented a letter from the Globe Furniture 00., which 
     
     was read, stating the cost of hat racks and hooks for Church pews. No action
