     Rev. Mr. Barbour. ihis matter was left entirely to the Official Board. 
     
    
   
   
    
     C. A. Hughes read a letter from printers re supply of Church en- 
     
     velopes, cost etc.. Moved by E. T. Higgs, seconded by N. R. Lowther that Mr.
