The building of a brick refrigerator in basement of parsonage was discussed. It was decided to let the matter rest for the present.
Mr. A. Pickard was instructed to investigate the cost of grading and building up with puddle clay, around the walls of Heartz Hall, to pre- vent seepage during wet weather.
Mr. R. E. Mutch stated the last piano purchased and in use in Kindergarten was beyond repair ahd required to be replaced. Discussion ensued regarding all pianos in_Church. No action taken.
G. A. Hughes reported the safe in board room required further repairs. It was ordered that necessary repairs be made.
Whereas Church property has been destroyed by persons gaining ad- mission during the absence of the janitor, it was considered that the buildings should be locked durinu noon hour. The matter was left to the discretion of the Chairman.
Attention was directed to the continuance of the names of prev— ious ministers on Church notice board in C. N. R. Hotel. The secretary was instructed to make the necessary changes.
Mr. A. Pickard was authorized to investigate the cost etc. of placing hand railing at entrance to Heartz Hall and Church.
