The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewarts, Trinity United Church, was held in the board room, July 8th, 1935.

It was announced that the following:-R. E. Mutch, E. T. Higgs, C. H. Black, had been appointed by the Official Board as a committee in charge of Heartz Hall.

It was decided that the chairman advise Mr. Storey not to allow party or parties the use of Heartz Hall unless directed to do so by the committee in charge, or the ministers, Rev. Mr. miller and Rev. Mr. Barbour. Mr. Higgs requested that Paul Kollins and Mr. Strange be billed for use of Heartz Hall.
