     The reqular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards, Trinity 
     
     United Church, Charlottetown, was held in the Beard Room at 7.50 p. m., 
     
    
   
   
    
     Monday, August 12, 1955- 
     
     001. H. M. Davison in the chair. Secretary absent. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Members present:— 
     
     C. Smith major MacKenzie 
     
     I. Lord G. A. Hughes. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Secretary being absent G. A. Hughes was requested to act 
     
     Secretary of the meeting. The minutes of meeting held July 8th, 1955 were 
     
     read and adopted. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Reports of Committees:- 
     
     Finance-Chairman absent, G. a. dughes read a letter from nessrs. A. J. & 
     
     K. n. Martin, stating; The will of the late Arthur J. harper showed a 
     
     bequest to Trinity Church, Charlottetown of $100.00. Due to insufficiency 
     
     of the funds of the estate to pay bills etc the proportionate share for 
     
     Church is $52.10, cheque enclosed. It was decided to acknowledge receipt 
     
     of the cheque, refer the matter to the Official Board to adjust disposal
