The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of irinity United Church, was held in the board room Monday, Nov. 11, 1955, at 7.50.

The president Col. Davison occupied the chair.

Report of Committees:- Light-Mr. R. E. Mutch-Reported adjustment has been made with the Electric Light Co., which will reduce the charge considerably. All lights must not

be put on at any one time. Mr. Storey had been iniormed of the arrangement.

Mr. Higgs stated there was sufiicient coal in deartz hall to last the winter but only about one months supply for the Church. he asked for and received permission to purchase another car of coal for the Cnurcn.

Mr. “hear stated that Rev. Mr. miller hadagain asked for the con-

struction of a cupboard or place to keep vegetables, butter etc, in the basement of parsonage. It was moved by hr. “hear, seconded by Mr. Coffin, that this matter be attended to. Carried.

The sympathy of the Board was expressed toward Mr. Pickard in the brievement of his Mother.
