The minutes of February 10, 1936 were read and adopted.
Reports of committees:-
Property-A. Rickard—At present property is in good order. (1) A door is being cut in wall separating furnace room from basement of Church. ihe door and frame to cost $12.00. (2) Dome in ceiling of heartz Hall to be covered in such a manner that it may be opened when necessary. (5) also floor grat- ings in Heartz Hall in use previous to change in heating system to be cov— ered.
The approximate cost of these two items to be $4L.00.
It was moved by A. Pickard that when work being done by Walter Young vizz— covering dome and floor openings in deartz Hall is completed that the bill be paid. Approximate cost $41.00. Seconded by A. Fisher. Carried.

Permission granted light committee to proceed with cleaning light.globes in Church. E. Coffin presented an offer from mr. Chappell, of Chappell & Co.. electricians, to install wiring of east windows (stained glass) in Church ' free of cost. The necessary bulbs to be supplied by the Church. ‘

Radio-major MacKenzie presented letters from Messrs I. E. Burke and Col. K. S. Regers, which were read by the secretary. Mr. Burke explained existing conditions which made it impossible for him to broadcast the Church services over station C.H.C.K. as had been done in the past.
Mr. Rogers'letter was an offer to continue the broadcast of Church ser- vices over his station C.F.C.Y., Major MacKenzie felt that his committee of two did not possess the authority to make definite arrangements regarding breadcasting, and therefore recommended that a stron5er committee than the present radio'committee be appointed to deal with the matter. The chairman R. E. Hutch, did not consider that another committee was necessary. After considerable discussion by various members, J. F. Wheat moved that the matter be let rest for the present. Seconded by A. Pickard. Carried.
