The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards, Trinity ‘ ' United Church Charlottetown, was held in the boardroom at 7.50 P.M. Thursddb?“

Report of committees:- Light-C. Smith-stated nothing to report. Prerrty-A. Pickard—presented a bill for repairs to lawn mower and lumber from MacDonlad & Rowe. Nothing further to report on at present. Fuel-I. Carter-presented a bill for kindling wood purchased from J. Machachern, he also referred to our coal requirements for year 1957. Stated Hadley Weeks desired to furnish quotations on coal, thought we might ask for tenders for coal, he desired to give this information, so as to hear the views of the Board. Matter left with fuel committee to look into. The question of a stoker being installed was discussed and it was decided to continue using the present equip- ment during nest winter without a stoker. Janitor-Members absent-no report. Publicity-J. F. “hear presented bills from Guardian and Batriot for advertising. Radio-No report-Questions if all charges paid to date, if not Mr. Carter to get biLl from Mr. Bourke, decided that in the future if necessary this bill be paid monthly. Finance-G.
