September 14, 1956 The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church, was held in the board room, Monday evening, September 14th, 1956, at 7.50 P. M. Jr. A. Heartz Report of Committees:— Progerty-A. Rickard-property in good condition. No bills. Fuel-I. Carter—Brocured five loads of coal. Report from three tenders for furn- ishing coal read by chairman. Moved by 1. Carter, that coal for the year be ordered from A. Rickard, seconded by Major MacKenzie. Carried. Springhill coal to be supplied at $8.00 a ton delivered in cellar. Light-C. Smith-reports a light was broken in front of the Church by a boy. About twelve globes would be required for the Church. No bills. HigLs that this bill be paid when amounts Were adjusted and quantities defined and certified by janitor, seconded by Major MacKenzie. Carried.
