T. digcs, seconded by A. Rickard that these premiums be paid. Carried. ' It was moved by C. Smith, seconded by major MacKenzie that mr. Curran be paid 8130.00 (being amount in full) instead of $50.00 as was passed at last regular meeting, for services and repairs to musical instruments. Carried. I. Carter reported the picture of the interior of the Church which he had presented at the previous meeting had been placed-in the Queen hotel. A. Rickard informed the board that a new and larger boiler had been in- stalled in the Church basement replacing the old worn out equiptment. Properti—n. Picksrd-Receipted Bills-henry J. The secretary read a letter from the Young Peoples Union requesting the board of Stewards to purchase or supply a piano for use of Y. P. U. A. Matheson was requested to inform the Y. P. U. that they look around for a cheap piano, and if a suitable instrument could be procured and the Y. P. U. could contribute toward the purchase the beard would give its assistance. A letter from the Charlottetown Church Broadcasting Association was read. considered, discussed and left on the table until the board was called together at a special meeting to give the matter further consideration and approval. *, ' G.
