The minutes of the orevious regular meetinb of December 14th were read
by the secretary. It was moved by E. T. 41558, seconded by A. Bicxard that the min- utes be adOpted as read. Carried.
On invitation to address the meeting 4r. Ailliams requested iinancial assistance to help pay shitoing bill for groduce sent as western reliei. Each of the other churches have contributed $2.10, but a balance of $2.90 “as still re- quired. xoved by E. T.diggs that $2.90 be contributed by tJe board, but in doing so a orecedent was not to be created. Seconded by A. Bicxard. Carried.

%. t. Lord (radio) retorted that on investigation he Was informed that mr. Gesner would not make any statement regarding broadcastint Sunday services. Discussion ensued on change Irom present broadcasting system to proposed one with name, Charlottetown Church Broadcasting Association. It was tne ooinion oi the board that having only one broadcasting in seven weeks would not be the most satis- factory. In order to obtain the desires of a larger and tore regresentative church body, hajor ga;Kenzie moved, that the matter be reierred to the oiiicial board. Seconded by A. Rickard. Carried.

Ii this amount Were reCeived the books could be balanced for end of year1956. The list oi names with amounts due were gtwotzover and each steward was given the names 01 several People
to visit and if possible collect arrears.
