The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the board room, Monday evening,.May 10, at 7.50 P.M.

Reports of committees:- Property—H. dowatt—The cupboards in Heartz and Social Halls for Hymn books have been practically completed.

Fuel—A. Pickard reported for I.Carter that four loads of coal had been pro- cured.

Light-F. Chappell-Bill-Light and POWer for month 826.15 Moved by F. Chappell, seconded by A. Heartz bill be paid. Carried.

nadio-A. heartz reported a contract had been entered into with the Church Broad- casting Association for broadcasting Sunday services over station C. F. C. X. Until other Churches enter the association services will be broadcast every third Sunday. The only coat to the Church is that for telephone connections.

Publicity-D. T. Ways-Bills—Guardian $6.69 Batriot-Adds for March 6.60 . 700 Circular lettersj.50 Adds for April It was moved by D. T. “aye that Guardian bill be paid and the Patriot bill be paid when certified and found to be correct. Seconded by A. 8. Fisher.

The work has been placed in hands of mr. P. Small. Estimates on filling in space between sidewalk and curb with permanent surface material: - . mr. Miles—paving material about 8650.00 concrete 750.00 Mr. William Phillips, estimated about same amounts.

Janitor—No member of committee present.
