The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards, Trinity United Church was held in the board room, Monday evening, June 14th, 1957 at 7.50 P.M.

C. Smith reported that the buttresses of the pillars on Sydney St. had been broken by frost, and also the south wall of Heartz dell was in need of repair. It was also suggested that Mr. Storey be supplied certain necessary tools. Order to procure same was granted.

G. A. Hughes read a letter from the Church Publishing House advising of a pessible increase in cost of envelopes and a recommendation for purchase of 1958 envelopes. On motion of A. Pickard seconded by A. B. Fisher, G. A. Hughes was ad- ~7130d t0 purchase 72? envelopes. Motion carried.

A letter was read by the secretary from Acme Caulking s Waterproofing 005;
