The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United ‘ Church, was held in the board room, Monday, August 9, 1957 at 7.50 P.1d.

The chairman R. E. Hutch presided. The following members Were present: A. Pickard Go A. Hughes A. B. Fisher C. Smith F. Chappell A. Matheaon

The minutes of the meeting of July 12th were read and on motion adopted.

It was moved by C. Smith, seconded by F. Cha poll that these bills be paid. A bill from Rogers Hardware 00., Ltd., for $4¥r§?'was ordered paid when certified.Carried. 5/: {I Light-F. Chappell—Light and Power for month ' $19.40 moved by F. Chappell, seconded by G. n. Hughes. Carried. The payment of a bill of Chappell & Co for lights was moved by A. Pickard, seconded by A. Matheson and carried.

Publicity—A. Matheson—Bills-Guardian $4.26 Patriot 4.60 It was moved by A. Matheson, seconded by A. Pickard that these bills be paid.

Bank overdraft is $791.57. The collection on August 8th, 1957 of $126.b0 should be deducted from this overdraft leaving an actual overdraft of 3665.57.
