A special meeting of the Board of Stewards,

Trinity United Church, Was held in the board room, January 17,

1958, at 7.00 P. M.

The following were present:— R. E. hutch-chairman

G. A. Hughes A. Pickard F. Chappell f C. Smith I. Carter D. T. Ways The special meeting was called for the purpose of making an , estimate of arrears for 1957. It was found that the amount would be about $640.00 to date.

The names of envelope contributors in arrears was read by G. A. Hughes.

The meeting adjourned to meet with the oiiicial board in neartzxflall.
