The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Ohurch, was held in the board room, Monday evening February 14th, 1958, at 7.50 P. M.

Treasurers report—A. Pickarquhe sum of $75.60 would be required to pay out- standing bills and balance the books for 1957. Envelope centributors in arrers, . could not be relied upon to help decrease the deficit because there was a feeble ‘Wg response to the circular letter sent to each since the meeting December 17th, 1957.. However the treasurer reported that the Ladies AidJnangwiiling to make up the amount necessary to close the b60ks satisfactorily.

‘ It was moved by R. H. Bell and seconded by h. nowatt that the treasurers report be adapted and that the offer of the Ladies Aid be accepted.971'r , Carried. - PT
