Mr. Howatt reporting for the Property Committee stated that he ha! interviewed Mr. Higgs, Sec'y of the Trustee Board, regarding the re-
pairs that had to be done to Heartz Hall and was pleased Meeting that the work is now well under way.

Mr. Mutch at this point informed the meeting that he had a phone call from Mr. Carter, Chairman of the Fuel Committee, re— gretting his inability to be present but wishing to report there Was
ample coal on hand for the time being.
The Treasurer reported an overdraft in the Bank at the present of $179.52. He was instructed to interview Mr. Higgs during the interim regarding any money that might be coming to us from the
Trustee Board.
