The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening October 10th

at 7.30 P. M.

Following the reading of the above statement Mr. Hughes dwtlt for some time on our finances and stated that they were far frmxenL couraging, and by the way things are going it looks as if we wfll

have a deficit of $1000.00 by the end of the year.

This is surely a

matter that deserves our most earnest and immediate attention.;

Mr. Alex. Mathieson brought before the Board the matter Jon-

cerning the different Church notices of the week which are reid by our

Pastors each Sunday, and asked if some simpler method could nbt be

worked out.

After some discussion the Board appointed Alex.,Mathieson

and Jack MacNair to confer with the Executive of the Young Peoples' Union to see what could be done regarding same.

Reuel LePage and Alex. Mathieson offered their services in the

counting of the Sunday collections

for the next month.

Nothing further offering the Board adjouned at 8.30 P. M. to . meet again Monday, November 14th. at 7.30 P. M.
