     The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity 
     
     United Church was held in the Board Room, Monday evening, January 9th. 
     
    
   
   
    
     1939 at 7. 30 P. M. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Chairman, Mr. R.E.Mutch, presided and the following eight % 
     
     Stewards were present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor, Claude Smith, 
     
     Alfred Pickard, Gordon Avard, Fred Chappell, Dr. Waye and John MacNair. 
     
     The Minutes of the last meeting were read and adonted.

     tired from office the end of 1938: Messrs. Gordon MacDonald, Alexander 
     
     Matheson, A. B. Fisher, Harry Cudmore, Reuel LePage, Reg. Bell and

     Nothing further offering the Board adjourned at 9.00 P. M. to
