The Chairman, Mr. R.E.Mutch, presided and the following eight % Stewards were present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor, Claude Smith, Alfred Pickard, Gordon Avard, Fred Chappell, Dr. Waye and John MacNair. The Minutes of the last meeting were read and adonted. The following seven stewards, who are eligible for re-election, re- tired from office the end of 1938: Messrs. Gordon MacDonald, Alexander Matheson, A. B. Fisher, Harry Cudmore, Reuel LePage, Reg. Bell and Norman W. Lowther. Nothing further offering the Board adjourned at 9.00 P. M. to meet again Monday evening, February 13th. at 7.30 P.
