The regu.lar Monthly Meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening, February 13th. at 7. 30 P. M.

l- The Chairman, Mr.-R.E.Mutoh, occupied the Chair and the following large number of Stewards were present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Isaac Carter, Reg Taylor, Gordon Hughes, Hibbert Howatt, Gordon Avard, Norman W. Lowther, Reuel LePage, Fred Chapoell, Dr. Waye, E.S. Chandler, Alfred Pickard, W.P.MacLeod, Claude Smith, J.F.Whear and Jack MacNair, making a total of seventeen Stewards present and four absent.

The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion adopted. In order to clear up all business for 1938 the Financial Steward

k Mr. G. A. Hughes presented the following statement: Church collections for \ . 1938 from envelopes $8836. 44, loose collections $1220. 95, making a total ! of $10, 057. 39. F01 the year 1937 the total collections amounted to i #10, 387. 09 or $329. 70 more than for the year 1938 The Treasurer's Report ' for the year 1938 showed a revenue from all sources Of 310, 921. 99 and a ' total expenditure of $10, 903. 2%, leaving a Bank balance of $18. 75. The Chairman aooointed Mr. Pickard and Mr. Chaopell a nominating committee to retire and bring in a slate of standing committees for this .year. The following is their report, which on motion was duly carried, and constitutes the Standing Committees for this year:
