At this time Mr. Leard and Mr. Lawrence Toombs were admitted to the 1 Meeting, and on the invitation of the Chair Mr. ieard addressed the Board and said that he represented the Students' Christian Movement of Prince of Wales College, and on their behalf asked permission to use the Social Hall . for an Entertainment on Tuesday evening, February 14th. in order that they might raise sufficient money to defray the expenses of Miss Hawkin who «5 was in Charlottetown in connection with the work of the Students‘ Christie; Movement. On motion it was decided to comply with the reouest of Mr. lea Some discussion then took place regarding the proper distribution of the Year Book and the number of Books reouired, but no action was taken. Several of the members were of the opinion that the Board Room would look more attractive if a cupboard were placed in the Room to take care of surplus supplies and books that now adorn the window sill and top of the safe. Perhaps the Property Committee will look into this and see what can be done. ‘ .
