The regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of SteWards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room, Monday evening April 10th. at

7.30 P. M.

The Chairman, Mr. R.E.Mutoh, presided and the following Stewards were present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor, Claude Smith, Roy Cudmore,

- Gordon Hughes, Hibbert Howatt, J.F.Whear, Reuel LePage, Fred Chappell,

Will MacLeod and Jack MacNair.

The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion adopted. -

Under New Business, Mr. Mutch reported for Mr. Carter, the Chairman of the Fuel Committee who was unable to be present, that the Fuel Com- mittee had ordered fifteen (15) loads of coal. The other Chairmen who were present spoke briefly of the work of their committees. ' .

The following bills were then on motion passed to be paid after being certified as correct:

The Treasurer reported that after the above named bills were paid

there would be an overdraft of $M5.23.

The Financial Statement was then read by the Financial Steward, and is as follows: / .
