May 3th., 1939. ‘ The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening, Nay 3th. at 7.30 P. MI The Chairman. Mr. R.E.Mutch, oresided, and the following seven Stewards were oresent: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor. Roy Cudwore, Reuel LePage, Fred Chaooell, Dr. Wave and Jack Man Nair. The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion adonted. Under New Business, Mr. Chaonell, Chairman of the Light Committee, reoorted to the Meeting that the flood light now illuminating the two stained glass windows on either side of the organ at the East end of the Church would cost anoroximately $1.00 per wonth for electricity. The following bills after being passed as correct were on motion ordered to be paid: Maritime Electric Co., Ltd. Patriot Publishing Co. Guardian Publishing Co. Bevan Bros. Channell & Co. The Treasurer also reported that he had received from the Board of Trustees the sum of $271.75. .
