y . The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity ’
W United Church was held in the Board Room, Monday evening July 10th. at
: 7.30 P. M. The Chairman, Mr. R.E.Mutch,presided and the following , ' Stewards were in their accustomed places: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor, ”1 ‘ Claude Smith, Reuel LePage, Cordon Avard, J.Hibbert Howatt, Roy Cudmore, '4 3

The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and adopted. ,
New Business. Mr. Roy Cudmore Chairman of the Janitor Committee, i in a brief resumee' reported on the condition of the stained glass ‘ windows in the Church, and stated that in order to do a first class job and renew the wire screens covering same it would cost in the vicinity of
‘ $200.00. After some discussion it was decided to take no action for the
1 present. Mr. Cudmore also stated that Heartz Hall needed its annual
j renovating and cleaning, and that the Church and Social Hall should be
‘ scrubbed and cleaned. On motion, the Janitro Committee were instructed to go ahead and.have the necessary work done.
Mr. Gordon Hughes, Chairman of the Property Committee, informed. the Meeting that new conductors would be built on the South side of the Church, and that the front door of same would be painted a suitable
color. 3
. Mr. Claude Smith, Chairman of the Finance Comrittee, speaking on :behelf of his Committee stated that for the present it would not be ad— visable to change our Bank Account to another Bank.
The following bills, after being certified as correct, were on motion ordered to be paid:

The Treasurer, Mr. Reg Taylor, reported that after the above named bills were paid there would be a Bank overdraft of 3494,61.

The Collectors for the month to assist Mr. Hughes in the counting of the Sunday collections are Claude Smith and Roy Cudmore.
