_ The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening, August 14th.

_ at 7.30 P. M. The Chairman,-Mr. R. E. Mutch, presided, and the follow-

:iVing six Stewards were present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reg Taylor, Isaac

' Carter, Reuel LePsge, Gordon Avard and Jack MacNair.

/ The Minutes of the last Regular Meeting were read and on motion ad oted. Under New Business, Mr. Carter reporting for the Fuel Com- mittee informed the Meeting he had ordered a car of Drummond Screen Coal from A. Pickard & 00., same to be paid at a later date. On motion, the ;A Financial Steward, Mr. G.Arflughes, was given permission to order a new Cash and Record Book to take the place of the old one now in use, on the i same motion he was also instructed to order 700 Duplex Church Envelopes

The Treasurer, hr. Reg Taylor, reported that after the above named bills were paid there would be a Bank overdraft of $622.76.
