December 11th, 1939.
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity gnéted Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening December 11th at O P M. .
The Chairman, Mr R. E. Hutch presided and the following Stewardi were-present: lessrw. G. A. Ht es, Reg Taylor, Claude Smith, E. 8. Chandler Gordon Avard; Warren Lord, Dr aye, Gordon Hughes, John I Ihear, Reuel LePage, Fred Chappell, R. H. Bell, and Jack MaoNair.
The Minutes of the last meeting were read and on motion adopted. The Secretary announced that Messrs Isaac Garter, Roy Cudmcre, and Norman Lowther were unavoidably absent from the meeting.
The following bills after being certified as correct were on motion ordered to be paid:

The coal question was the next matter discussed, and Mr Storey being brought into the meeting informed the Board that there was enough
coal on hand to last until at least the end of the year. It was moved. seconded and carried that the Fuel Com be empowered to order a car load of coal:
The following financial statement as compiled by the Financial Steward was then read to the meeting by Mr G. A. Hughes:
