     The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and on motion adopted.

     The Treasurer's Report for the year 1939 showed a revenue from all 
     
     sources of $10,995.2h, and a total expenditure of $10,995.24, leaving 
     
     us.rith a clean slate, no loss and no gain. This concluded the 
     
    
   
   
    
     business for 1939.
