Mr. Claude Smith, Chairman of the newly formed Ways & Means Com- mittee, gave a brief resume! of the work of their Committee and said that there would be something more definite to report on at the next meeting. _

There was a brief discussion by several members regarding our finance. ~

The distribution of the Church Year Book was brought up for dis- cussion and on motion it was decided to order 700.
