The regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity - United Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening, May 13th. at 7.30 P. M. -

The Chairman, Mr. R. E. Hutch, presided and the following Stewards were present: Messrs. G. A. Hughes, Reuel LePage, W. R. Cruikshank, . J. Hibbert Howatt, Reg. Taylor, Hazen Wigmore, W. P. MaoLeod, Frank MacKee Warren Lord, E. 8. Chandler, Gordon Hutcheson, Reg Bell, George Paterson, Gordon Avard, Isaac Carter and Jack MacNair.

The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion adopted.

Mr. Warren Lord, Chairman of the Publicity Committee, gave a splendid report mm the work of his committee, and moved that the Secretary write The Young Peoples' Union thanking them for their efficient work in delivering the Year Book. This motion was seconded and unanimously

carried.

Mr. I. 8. Chandler, Chairman of the Light Committee, showed diagrams of the proposed lighting changes in the Church, and said it would cost in the vicinity of $1200. 00 to do this work.

The Fuel Committee had nothing to report.

The Ways & Means Committee reported from 30 to 50 changes in the addresses of persons in the Congregation.

The following Financial Statement as compiled by the Financial Steward was read to the Meeting by Mr. Cruikshank. Chairman of the Finance Committee:

The Treasurer reported. that after all bills were paid there would be a Bank overdraft of $H60. 21.
