The Vice Chairman Mr Norman W Lowther presided in the absence thro illness of the Chairman Mr R E Mutch, the following Stewrds were present: Messrs. W.R.LePage, Isaac Carter, Hazen Wigmore, W.P. MacLeod, F.N.MacKee, Claude Smith, Edwin Johnstone, E.S.Chandler, Roy Cudmore, G.A.Hughes, and
Jack MacVair.
The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion
adopted.
The following bills after being certified as correct, were on motion
ordered to be paid.

The Treasurer reported receiving $27I.75 Rent from the school of_Music and stated that after allbills were paid there would be a Bank overdraft of
$35u.7u.
Mr Roy Cudmore, Chairman of the Preperty Committee, stated that the Gutter on the north side of the Church needed to be repaired and also that the abutment on the north side of Heartz Hall was badly in need of repairs, the Board instructed the Property Com to go ahead and have the work done.

On motion of the Board Mr G A Hughes was instructed to order 700 Duplex Envelbpes from the United Church Publishing House, price to be $70.00.
‘ Mr Chandler, Chairman of the Light Com, spoke of some necessary repairs that were badly needed in the Church and Heartz Hall.

On motion of the Meeting the Sec,y was instructed to write a letter of cheer to our Chairman Mr R E Mutch at present a patient in the Montreal Gene§al Hospital, and also a letter of sympathy to Dr Ways in the death of his ether.
