NacLeod, Cha.irman of the Every Member Canvas moved the following motion seconded by Claud.e Sfifith and carried, That our Tress - urer W. R. LePage interview the Missionary & Maintenance Com to see if they will pay their share of the expense involved in the Every Member Canvas Campaign. As the next quarterly meeting of the Offical Board will be held on Wednesday evening Dec nth at 8. 30 P. M. Lr Mutch announced that our next ‘meeting would be held on Monday evening Dec 2nd in order that we may prepare for the Official Board], a complete financial pi-cture of our finances up to date, and to discuss any other business that may come before the Board, for that reason Mr Mutch stressed the importance of all members attending the Official Board meeting on Dec Mth. A letter regarding the present inadequate Lighting in our Church was read from Mr E. S. Chandler, Chairman of the Light Com, asking the Steward if they would assume a certain amount of the expenditure in installing new and uptodate fixtures. Mr Chandler who was present said he was most anxious to see the necessary changes take place as they were badly needed, after some further discuhsion, it was moved seconded. and carried that this communication be received and placed on file and that no action would be taken for the present, A hearty vote of thanks was extended to Mr E. S. Chandler for his ,capable work as Chairman of the Lt Com during the past year, Mr Chandler having to relinquish this position on account of Joining the Colors and leaving in a few days on Military Service.
