     The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United 
     
     Church was held in the Board Room Monday evening, December 2nd. at 7.30 P.M. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Chairman, Mr. R.E.Mutch, presided and the following Stewards were 
     
     present: Messrs. G.A.Hughes, Reuel LePage, Reg. Taylor, Frank Macxee, 
     
     R.R.Be11, Warren Lord, J. Hibbert Howatt, Gordon Avard, l.P.MacLecd, George 
     
     Baterscn, Fred Chappell and Jack MacNair. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and on motion adopted 
     
    
   
   
    
     Business arising out of the Minutes - Mr. Reuel LePage, the Treasurer, ~ 
     
     reported to the Meeting that he had interviewed the M d M Committee and they 
     
     said that they would pay us $29.00 as their share of the expense involved 
     
     in the Every Member Canvas Campaign. 
     
    
   
   
    
     At this point Mr. Mutch spoke a few words of sympathy to Mr. G.A.Hughes 
     
     in the loss he had sustained by the death of his dear wife. Mr. Hughes 
     
    
   
   
    
     replied feelingly.

     The Treasurer, Mr. v.3. LePage, reported to the Meeting that after 
     
     all bills were paid there would be a Bank overdraft of $1897.79. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The following Financial Statement as prepared by the Financial Steward

     Mr. W. P. MacLeod, Chairman of the Every Member Canvas reported that 
     
     up to date pledges amounting to $629 .90 had been received for Local Ex- 
     
     penses, with approximately forty (#0 cards still out. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Nothing further coming before the Board, the Meeting adjourned at
