The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity The Chairman, Mr. clands Smith presided and the following Stewards were present, Aessrs: W. R. LePage, Will MacLeod, Fred Moore, Ernest Coffin, Harry Cudmore, Frank AacKee, Harold Heartz and Jack.MacNair. The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and a motion adepted. ' The following bill: after being certified as correct were on motion ordered to be paid:— Guardian Publishing Co., 4.26 Patriot Publishing 60., 5.b0 Maritime Electric 00., Ltd 18.05 Water Taxes (Last quarter) - 9.25 Fennell & Chandler 15.55 Moore & MacLeod 4.75 .50 Coffin & Co., The Treasurer reported that after the ab0ve mentioned bills were paid there would be a bank overdraft of $1,450.21. A letter was raid from the Chairman of the Finance Committee stressing the fact that a special collection should be taken up at our Anniversary Day services on November/9th for the purpose of reducing our overdraft. It was decided to leave the matter in the hands of the Finance Committee to take whatever action they deemed necessary.
