     The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Chairman, Mr. clands Smith presided and the following Stewards 
     
     were present, Aessrs: W. R. LePage, Will MacLeod, Fred Moore, Ernest Coffin, 
     
    
   
   
    
     Harry Cudmore, Frank AacKee, Harold Heartz and Jack.MacNair. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and a motion 
     
     adepted. ' 
     
    
   
   
    
     The following bill: after being certified as correct were on motion

     The Treasurer reported that after the ab0ve mentioned bills 
     
     were paid there would be a bank overdraft of $1,450.21. 
     
    
   
   
    
     A letter was raid from the Chairman of the Finance Committee 
     
     stressing the fact that a special collection should be taken up at our 
     
    
   
   
    
     Anniversary Day services on November/9th for the purpose of reducing our 
     
     overdraft. It was decided to leave the matter in the hands of the Finance 
     
    
   
   
    
     Committee to take whatever action they deemed necessary. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Nothing further coming oefore the Board the meeting adfiourned
