Vovember 10th, 1941. The regular monthly meetine of the Board of Stewards of Trinitv United L. Thurch. was held in the Board Room, Honda? evening, November 10th, 1941. Lapses reported that envelopes had been prepared and with an accomnanving letter distributed throuvh the congregation for a special collection to be taken on the Anniversarv Sundav, November 16th, LIG”2_QOJMI$TV? - Mr. R. E. Mutch reported that he had received a request from the members of the choir that the lights over the choir should be cleaned. Hr. AinSWOrth of the lieht committee stated that some of the globes over the lights had deteriorated to a point where there was some daneer that thev might tall and ~he suezested that this matter should be carefullv looked into. On motion of Mr. Hutch. seccnded b7 Mr. LePaee, it was agreed that the entire matter should be left to the light committee. Mr. Ainsworth also referred to the lights in front of the church stating that the cables serving these lights were in bad condition and shtuld be attended to at once. At a previous meeting the supgestion had been made that these light be disposed of but as this was a matter Outside the_church property, it was felt rerhaps it should be attended to by the trustees. It was. therefore, moved bv Mr. hutch and seconded bv Mr. LeFaye and rassed that the light committee Trepare a written repart on this matter and submit it to the Board of Trustees. Mr. Jutch stated that asbestos board had been Placed over the new furnace ripe as requested. He referred to the bad condition of the floor in the corridor between the church and the hall and stated that the trustees had agreed to attend to this at once.
