     The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United 
     
     Church was held in the-Board Room. Mondav evening. December 8th. 1941.

     The minutes of the meeting of November 10th. were read and passed. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Jr. Ainsworth. reporting for the Light Committee, said that his . 
     
     dcmrittee had been unable to get the globes cleaned as requested as Mr. 
     
     Charpell and his men have been extremelv busy With war contracts, etc:, 
     
     but he felt sure that before long this matter would be attended to. 
     
    
   
   
    
     In the meantime, he assured the Board that the fixtures over the lights, 
     
     while not in seed share were rerfectlv safe.

     Shaw & Peardon for #2 He knew of no other repairs required immediatelv 
     
     except fixing the plaster in the Board Room. This he would have attended

     with Mr. Aatheson cf‘the Trustee Board, and some slleht changes had been

     who had served our church so well and faithfully for so many veers, and on 
     
     motion of Mr. Hutch, seconded bv Mr. LePage, vour Secreterv. was instructed 
     
     to write Mrs. Carter, expressing the svmpathy of the Board for her in her

     that the Finances Committee meet and do this. 
     
     The Secretarv reported that the Anniversary Service held on November 
     
    
   
   
    
     16 had been broadcasted, and the expense of braldcastdng had been taken
