The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church was held in the Board Room Monday, Feby. 9, 1942, at 7.30 p.m.

There were twenty-two members present as follows :- Chairman, G. Claude Smith, w. R. LePage, Gordon Avard, w. R. Cruikshank, Dr. '1‘. Waye, Harry Cudmore, E. S. Coffin, Geo. The minutes of the January meeting were read and adopted.

Mr. LePege reporting on finaces for 1941 announced that instead of a deficit the year had ended with a surplus of $21.73. The thanks of Chairman, Clause Smith, for all who worked to overcome the threatened deficit was extended; special mention being made of Mr. Match, Mr. Hughes and Mr. LePage.

A motion that the Chairman's annual report be corrected to correspond with the financial report for the year 1941 was moved by Mr. Hutch and seconded by Mr. LePage and carried.
