Chairman Claude Smith requested that committees would bring in a Budget for the coming year at next monthly meeting.
Mr. Mutch, reporting for the Property Committee said that Mr. Hunter, architect, had promised to inspect the building regarding necessary repairs and expected to hear from him at a later date.
In commenting on the Ways 6: Means Committee, Mr. Hutch stressed the importance of their work not only as regards the dollar and cents value of it, but as a committee to promote interest in the church and its ativities. Chairman
Gordon Avard, in reply to Mr. Match asked for the full co-operation of the Board and assured them of his most energetic support.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
