The under- structure of the church and the property throughout is all in pretty good condition. The Comittee felt that the expenses should be light for the coming year. Considerable damage had been done to the window in the front of the church by the recent storm. Temporary repairs have been made by Mr. Gomoran and on motion it was agreed that his bill should be paid when presented and certified correct. Kr. LIGHT COIOJITI'EB- llr. Ainsworth presented the monthly bill for light and power and assumed that the cost for the coming year would be about as usual unless it was found necessary to make some changes in the lights in front of the church. At the present time there is a leakage when these lights are on. The Committee recommended that they be removed and lights placed on front of the church with suitable fixtures at a cost of approximately $100.00 if the church funds would permit; otherwise they might contirme as at present keeping cloae'watch on the light bill as at any time there might be a heavy expenditure thrown up because of the aforementioned leakage. The Secretary read. a letter from Miss Marion Saunders thanking the Board for the use of the hall and enclosing $10.00 to cover light charges, etc. 'AIS All) MEANS CGMTTEB- The chairman, Mr. Gordon Avard, gave a splendid report stating that His comttee had made a list of some four hundred people who were supposed to be adherents of our church but who, for the most part, were not contributing or attending.
