Mr. E. S. Coffin, chairman of the Finance Comittee, then submitted a budget for the coming year. According to these estimates we would have a deficit at the end of the year of $1,100. here was considerable discussion on these estimates, Mr. Mutch pointing out that the estimate of $4,500. for ministers salaries might be considerably changed by the resignation of the assistant minister, Mr. Boothrcyd. The estimate for fuel was increased a couple of hundred dollars. '
